Do You Want to Make a High-Converting Squeeze Page?
Squeeze pages are a cutting-edge method of increasing conversions. It’s a great way to build a relationship with the people who come to your website and get them to sign up for your email list.
Use this email list to plan a marketing campaign and boost sales.
We’ll teach you how to use WordPress to create a high-converting squeeze page.
Here are some things to keep in mind before we get into the specifics of what a squeeze page is and how it works:
What’s a Squeeze Page?
Similar to a landing page, a “squeeze page” is a tool for growing your email list.
In contrast, a squeeze page gives a prize in exchange for a user’s email address, whereas a landing page does not offer a reward.
A landing page, on the other hand, aids in the promotion of your goods or services. Users may be asked for their email addresses as well.
The goal of a squeeze page is to get visitors to sign up for your email list by presenting an irresistible offer.
Users’ names, email addresses, and other personal information may be collected via the usage of a squeeze page. Then give them something they can’t refuse, like an ebook, podcast, webinar access, free shipping, or any other sort of lead magnet.
Add the following to your squeeze page to increase its effectiveness and conversion rate:
- A concise explanation of the gift’s purpose and advantages
- As a kind of social evidence, user reviews, and testimonials.
- Button with a call-to-action
- Displaying the gift or deal visually
- Minimalistic subscription form
Let’s get started by creating a high-converting WordPress squeeze page.
Create a WordPress Squeeze Page with High Conversion Rates
Creating a high-quality squeeze page takes time and effort. However, utilizing a WordPress landing page builder plugin like SeedProd might save you time and effort.
In terms of WordPress landing page builder plugins, SeedProd is by far the finest and most popular. Premium landing and squeeze pages are easy to make with no coding required.
A sophisticated page builder, hundreds of premade templates, and a drag-and-drop builder are all included in the package.
To enhance the functionality of your squeeze page, SeedProd also interfaces with well-known email marketing providers like Constant Contact.
Even with so many options, your website’s speed is unaffected. When it comes to increasing your leads and conversions, SeedProd provides the finest practices while not bloating your site with too much code.
Let’s take a closer look at how to build a high-converting squeeze page, step by step.
Step 1. Install and Activate the SeedProd Plugin
The SeedProd plugin must be installed and activated before you can begin.
You can learn more about how to do this in our WordPress plugin installation tutorial.
You’ll need to input your license key after activation to validate your account.
SeedProd customers may access the license key in their accounts.
An affirmative response will appear after you click the Verify Key button and you’ll be sent to a confirmation page.
Create your squeeze page now that SeedProd is operational.
Step 2: Create a New Squeeze Page
The SeedProd dashboard may be found in your WordPress administration menu.
The coming soon page, maintenance mode page, custom login page, and 404 error page are all examples of the built-in landing page templates.
In this case, though, you’ll want to use the Add New Landing Page option further down the page.
SeedProd page templates are available on a new page that will appear when you click on the link. You can easily locate what you’re searching for on your website with its built-in filters and search bar.
You should choose the Lead Squeeze filter on a squeeze page.
Only the squeeze landing pages will be shown from now on. You have the option of picking the template that best suits your requirements.
When you hover your cursor over a template, click on the checkmark symbol to activate the template’s properties.
Enter the name and URL of your new squeeze page in the popup window that appears. The next step is to click the Save and Continue Editing the Page button.
The SeedProd drag-and-drop builder will be launched.
Step 3: Customize Your Squeeze Page with Additional Blocks and Content
You can easily add content and sophisticated features to your squeeze page with the visual page builder.
With a preview on the right and blocks/tools on the left, you can alter the squeeze page in real-time.
Standard and advanced building blocks are available in the SeedProd builder.
Text, headings, lists, buttons, images, videos, columns, and more are all included in the standard blocks.
You’ll find blocks for additional features such as an entry form and/or a progress bar under the advanced category when it comes to additional features.
Drag and drop a block from the left side of the SeedProd builder to your squeeze page on the right.
Your squeeze landing page will benefit from this.
Once a block has been added, clicking on it will bring up the editing menu on the left side of the screen.
The icon block, for example, was added. In the options, you may modify the icon picture, position the symbol, and more.
Squeeze page template blocks may also be rearranged and renamed. To modify any text or picture, just click on it.
Save your work by clicking the Save button when you’re finished.
Step 4: Customize Your Squeeze Page’s Global Settings
There is a wheel symbol in the bottom left of the page, which allows you to change the page’s global settings.
Fonts, colors, background, and custom CSS are all included in the global options.
Go to the Colors tab by clicking on it. Change the color of headers, text, buttons, and the background using this feature.
You’ll now be able to access the Background tab. Your squeeze page’s backdrop may be either a plain color, a gradient, or an image. Changing the backdrop picture, moving the background, and rearranging the text are just a few of the many features it offers.
You must save your changes after you’ve completed making changes to the global settings.
Step 5: Integrate an Email Marketing Platform
A squeeze page’s primary goal is to collect email addresses. As a result, your squeeze page must be linked to an email marketing solution.
Fortunately, SeedProd is compatible with every major email service provider on the internet.
Using the top navigational menu, you may access the Connect tab.
Email marketing services are listed below. Connect a new account by clicking the Connect New Account option on any service.
Once the SeedProd constructor is linked, click the Save button.
Step 6. Manage Squeeze Page Settings
The Page Settings option may be found at the top of the navigation bar.
The page title, URL, and status are just a few of the options available.
The SEO and Analytics settings for your page may also be managed by switching between the tabs on the left. All in One SEO and MonsterInsights are completely compatible with SeedProd to handle these settings in WordPress.
Custom scripts for your squeeze page may be added in the Scripts section.
Professional WordPress developers should use this option if they want to further alter the page settings.
To save your work, go to the upper right corner of your screen and click the green Save icon.
Step 7. Publish and Display the Squeeze Page in WordPress
You may publish and show your squeeze page in WordPress whenever you’re pleased with its appearance.
When you’re done saving, click on the arrow icon next to the green Save button and choose the Publish option.
To see your squeeze page in action, you’ll need to click the See Live Page button in the resulting popup window.
It will appear just as it does in the SeedProd builder’s preview area. The squeeze page’s responsive design completely accommodates all screen sizes and devices.
